Yes — I'm able to assess and diagnose ADHD as part of my clinical practice.
Can you prescribe medication?
Yes. As an Advanced Specialist Mental Health Pharmacist, I'm qualified to prescribe. However, this service focuses on coaching rather than prescribing. What I offer is clear, knowledgeable guidance to help you understand your medication options and feel confident in conversations with your prescriber.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy tends to focus on understanding and healing past experiences, while coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented — building practical strategies, structure, and self-awareness to help you thrive day to day. My background as a Trainee Counselling Psychologist means I bring psychological insight into our coaching work, but coaching itself is not therapy.
Are sessions online or in person?
All sessions are held online, so you can access support from wherever feels most comfortable for you.
How much do sessions cost?
